Introduction
User Queue Membership Control allows users to log themselves in or out of call queues via the Webphone Desktop or Browser versions. If you'd prefer to manage queue membership centrally, so users stay logged in at all times or are managed by an administrator, you can disable this feature at the queue level.
Steps to Disable User Queue Membership Control
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Go to the PBX tab and open the PBX configuration.
- Locate the User object you want to manage, click on the settings gear.
- In the User settings, scroll down to Disable 'Queue Membership' Control.
- Toggle the button to disable the Users ability to control their queue membership.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner.
- Apply the Configuration to push the change live.
Once disabled, Users will no longer be able to log in or out of that queue themselves. This needs to be repeated for each User you want to remove control from.
