Should you wish to stop receiving email notifications you will need to unsubscribe from email notifications. Log into your customer billing portal and click on the Administrators tab at the top. You will see a list of login email addresses for your account. Select the one you wish to disable email notifications for, and untick the Emails with service status notifications and news option, and click Save.




Please note that if you unsubscribe from notifications you will not receive service status notifications, schedule maintenance, and any notifications for pricing changes to subscriptions. Should you require additional help please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
