For our customers in the United States and Canada, services are delivered from the CoreSite data centre. CoreSite’s Los Angeles campus features one of the most advanced data centre ecosystems globally, interconnected by high-density dark fibre and hosting over 670 networks, cloud providers, and enterprise clients.

Oceania

Our APAC region equipment is collocated in Equinix and Colocity data centres, ensuring full GEO redundancy for customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Connectivity

We are a registered member of APNIC and RIPE, and own multiple IPv4 ranges. This allows us to use BGP connectivity directly with multiple IP transit providers, eliminating single points of failure. In the event of packet loss or increased latency, we can reroute traffic, giving us full control and flexibility over how customer voice traffic reaches our network. We also maintain separate connections for voice and data traffic, ensuring optimal voice network stability without sacrificing bandwidth for other applications.
