Pricing varies for porting into or from VoIPline, as well as for resubmissions and rejections. Our team will confirm the cost of porting into VoIPline before submitting the request to our upstream provider, giving you the option to proceed or cancel at no charge.

Contact us with the number you want to port, the origination country and the current service provider. We will provide the price and an approximate porting time.

Once your number is successfully ported, a monthly fee (per number) will apply to keep it active. You can find pricing details in the phone numbers section.

Providing incorrect information on the porting application form will result in rejection and resubmission fees. Ensure that services with your current provider are not terminated until porting is confirmed as complete to avoid rejection fees.

Why do you charge for user and device licences?

Our pricing is based on the number of people (users) using the system, with each requiring a user license. Device licenses allow users to connect multiple devices: such as a desk phone, mobile app, or MS Teams account—under the same call plan and internal number.

Can I buy different call plans for different users?

You have the freedom to allocate different call plans to individual users within the system, allowing you to save on monthly expenses.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and direct deposits. Enjoy the flexibility of direct debit, automatic, or manual top-up payments.

Can I have a credit limit with credit terms?

By default, our services are prepaid. However, upon request, we can offer you 14-day credit terms with a security deposit requirement. The deposit is refundable or can be applied toward your final invoice.

Am I signing up under a contract?

All of our services are month-to-month, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Can I use it while travelling overseas?

With VoIPline, you can make and receive calls from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.

Will I be charged for calls on an unlimited call plan?

No, unlimited calls are included to specific destinations outlined in your plan, like UK local and mobile calls. However, calls made to destinations not included under unlimited will result in call charges on your account.
