Our goal was to make system states clearer and more accessible, particularly for users with colour blindness.
You’ll now notice improved visibility for key statuses. In the User object widget within the PBX, indicators for Device Offline, Do Not Disturb (DND), and Webphone Activation have been redesigned for immediate recognition.
Similarly, in both the Queue Wallboard and Webphone, the On a Call, Offline, and DND statuses have been enhanced. To further improve usability at a glance, status icons within the Queue Wallboard are now larger, ensuring they are easily visible from a distance.
