3.0.0 Update

  • Introducing a completely new PBX configuration interface!
    • The updated design now matches the customer portal.
    • A completely new call flow navigation system: change the camera in any direction by clicking and moving the mouse on the canvas, and zoom in and out using the mouse scroll wheel (or use the zoom buttons in the lower left corner). This makes navigating call flows of any size easier than ever before.
    • The object menu on the left is now conveniently divided into groups, and each group has its own colour. This makes it easy to distinguish one object from another on the canvas. An object search function has also been added to the menu.
    • The size of tabs now adapts to the length of their names. And updating names has become more intuitive.
    • The settings for all PBX objects and other system elements have been reworked from scratch. Names and prompts are now clearer, and elements are arranged more logically.
    • Numerous minor UI elements have been added and refreshed, making call flow configuration much more convenient and faster, improving the user experience.
    • Thanks to the new architecture, we will be able to add new components and improve existing ones more swiftly. Thank you for trusting our telephone system!
  • Browser and desktop Webphone:
    • Previously, transferring one call to another could only be done via ‘Transfer’ > ‘Call first’. Now you can always make this kind of transfer if there are two calls on the line, no matter how they got there. You can even leave the 3-way call, and the other parties will keep talking.
    • macOS desktop app
    • The macOS app no longer displays notifications and incoming call sounds when the system's Do Not Disturb mode is enabled.
  • Now, in ‘Services’ > ‘PBX licences’, we display the names of users from the PBX who are using the licence. If the licence is not in use, it will be named ‘Not assigned licence’.
    • Previously, a licence could be named one way and then used in a ‘User’ object with a different name, which led to confusion. Now everything will be synchronised.
    • Convenient filters by user name, subaccount number, and plans have also been added.
